「Love という言葉自体が人によって異なる意味がある。時に、人はそれが単なる肉体的なセックスと考える。しかし、Love とは単なるフィジカルなセックスではない。Love を理解するには、まず健全でなければならない。そうすると、これを表現することができる、渇望ではなく、Love を他の人に表現することができる。私がタントラを教えていると、多くの現代人がLove を肉欲以上のものとして理解できないという共通の問題がある。肉欲はただ体を有難く思っているだけである。だから、体の関係という文化、つまり主体と客体の関係がやきつけられている。このことが無意識に残っているので、人は誰かを自分の人生に招きいれることができない。これは私にとってとても強烈で恐ろしいことである。私たちはみんな肉体的な性に限定されている。どうやって健全で全体的な性の概念を得ることができるか。それが、Love となる。」

“The word Love itself is of different meaning to different people now. Sometimes love some people think it is just physical sex. And Love is actually not just physical sex. So if you are going to understand Love, first of all, you have to be wholesome. So that you can express this, you can project your Love to the other person and not just lust. When I am teaching Tantra there is a very common problem where a lot of modern people, they do not understand Love more than carnality. Carnality, it is just appreciating the body. So their culture of body relationship, the subject-object relationship has been so impressed, so imprinted in their Unconscious that they are not able to actually allow a person into their life. It is very drastic, it is very frightening sometimes for me. Like we are so limited into carnal sexuality. So how to get the wholesome idea of sexuality? That will become Love…..”
